Most European countries take pets our for stops, however, we do recommend that you stop giving food and water before 2 hours of the travel.

Yes, we offer free flight date change.
When do we make payment?
We charge our client once the flight’s booked and before the flight depart.
How can I make my pet more comfortable during the trip?
Ensure your pet becomes accustomed to the carrier in advance, and including a familiar item like a piece of cloth can help soothe them and remind them of you.
When should I start to prepare the trip?
Given that document preparation can span several months and to mitigate any last-minute emergencies, we advise allowing a minimum of two months to plan for the trip.
