Founded in March 2021, our mission was born out of a heartfelt desire to assist individuals who relocated abroad but had to leave their beloved pets behind in North America. Initially focusing on documentation preparation for pet travel, we soon recognized a broader need within the community. By the close of 2021, our dedicated team expanded our services to encompass airport travel coordination, airline reservations, and tailored customs clearance solutions, ensuring a seamless reunion for countless pet owners.
Our History
The world was hit with COVID-19 in 2019 and many families were forced to separate with their pet families. As a result, a large group of pets were left behind in North America, and their owners were eager to reunite with them. We started by helping these owners with documentation preparations before travel and realized there was more that needed to be done.
We proudly announce we have also expanded and came together with a pet hotel facility in Toronto, and are able to provide over 7000 square feet for 40 pets to stay overnight.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 intensified these challenges, motivating Rae to assemble a dedicated team in 2020.

Under the guidance of M2Express, Sandra ensured that her cherished cat, Cream, experienced top-notch care on its voyage from Vancouver to London. Inspired by Rae’s profound passion for pets, Sandra joined M2 in 2023 and has since distinguished herself in customer service, aiding clients on journeys from North America to locales such as Asia and the UK.
Furthermore, she has spearheaded the development of new European routes and manages all technical facets of the company.
