I started planning Niki’s travel in early August 2023. I don’t reside in the city of Toronto, and M2 Express was able to settle Niki for me after I left Niki before her trip. M2 Express checked all details on documentation for Niki’s travel and was able to correct all details for me to prepare for her safe travel. The flight was scheduled on the 30th and the drop off was done by M2 Express at no cost. However, the flight was cancelled due to airline reasons. M2 Express was able to pick up Niki again at the airport and reschedule for the next day’s flight at no cost as well. M2 Express most certainly made Niki’s travel easy and they were able to deal with emerging situations effectively.
