Starting from November 20, 2023
1️⃣All pets and air box size specifications will be strictly checked on European routes connecting to EU. If the flight case is too small, a fine of 💰1000+CAD/piece will be imposed. All cats 🐱 over 4kg that are transiting on European routes will be strictly enforced to travel in 26-inch air boxes. European route quotations are subject to some changes.
2️⃣At the same time, from now on, our company ❌ does not accept cats 🐱 traveling on Air Canada 🍁 in 24-inch flight boxes. All cats 🐱 flying on Air Canada 🍁 must travel in 26-inch flight boxes. We will strictly check the dimensions of all pets and air boxes before travel. If we find that the size of the pet does not match the size of the air box, we will recommend changing the size. In order to avoid unnecessary fines, owners are asked to strictly measure the size of their pets before traveling. If you encounter fraudulent or false reporting, resulting in flight changes, fines, etc., the host must pay all the difference.
